TITCHTECH Drift Passenger Ride Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This free prize draw is promoted by TITCHTECH / Jak "Titch" (“the Promoter”).

This promotion is independently operated by TITCHTECH. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.

2. The Prize

One winner will receive one drift passenger ride at Castle Combe Circuit during Halloween Action Day on Saturday 24 October 2026.

The passenger ride is expected to consist of approximately 3–4 laps, although the exact number of laps may vary depending on circuit operations, session timings, red flags and other circumstances on the day.

The driver, vehicle and drift session will be selected by TITCHTECH. Entrants cannot request a particular driver, vehicle or session.

The prize is for one passenger ride for the winner only.

The prize does not include admission to Halloween Action Day. The winner is responsible for purchasing and holding a valid event admission ticket, together with their own travel and any other associated expenses.

There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

3. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to persons aged 18 or over.

The winner must be able to attend Castle Combe Circuit on Saturday 24 October 2026 and comply with all applicable circuit, event and passenger requirements.

The winner must be physically able and willing to participate in a drift passenger ride and must complete any registration, signing-on, waiver or other documentation required by Castle Combe Circuit or the event organiser before taking part.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter, entrants must complete all of the following on the official TITCHTECH Instagram competition post:

- Follow @TITCHTECH on Instagram;

- Like the competition post; and

- Comment on the competition post and tag one person they would bring to Halloween Action Day.

Sharing the post or adding it to an Instagram Story is appreciated but is not required to enter and does not provide an additional entry.

Only entries made on the original competition post will be included.

Entrants must continue to meet the entry requirements when the winner is verified.

5. Entry Period

The prize draw opens when the competition post is published on Sunday 27 September 2026.

Entries close at 8:00pm UK time on Sunday 11 October 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

The closing date will not be extended except where circumstances outside the Promoter's control make this unavoidable and doing so is consistent with applicable promotional rules.

6. Selecting the Winner

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.

The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random computer-based selection process, and evidence of the selection process will be retained. This follows CAP guidance for social-media prize draws. ASA

The selected entry will then be checked to ensure that the entrant has fulfilled the entry requirements.

If the selected entrant has not complied with these Terms & Conditions, another winner may be selected at random.

7. Contacting the Winner

The winner will be contacted by @TITCHTECH on Instagram after the draw.

TITCHTECH will never ask the winner for payment, card details or banking information in order to claim the prize.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, cannot attend the event, does not meet the eligibility requirements or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another eligible winner at random.

The Promoter may announce the winner's Instagram username and/or name in connection with confirming that the prize has been awarded, subject to applicable promotional and privacy requirements.

8. Passenger Ride Requirements

The winner must follow all instructions given by TITCHTECH, Castle Combe Circuit, event officials, marshals and the driver.

The winner will be required to complete the appropriate passenger signing-on procedure before taking part.

The winner must wear:

- A suitable full-face helmet;

- Clothing covering their arms and legs; and

- Any other safety equipment required by Castle Combe Circuit or event officials.

Helmet hire is available from Castle Combe Circuit for a fee, subject to availability and the circuit's applicable arrangements. Any helmet-hire charge is the responsibility of the winner.

The winner must arrive at the location and time communicated to them. Because the passenger ride takes place within a live motorsport event, the winner may need to be escorted to the appropriate area at a particular time.

Failure to arrive when instructed may result in the passenger ride being missed.

9. Motorsport and Operational Conditions

Motorsport activities are inherently subject to operational and safety considerations.

The passenger ride is therefore subject to factors including circuit conditions, weather, event scheduling, red flags, accidents or incidents, mechanical failure, vehicle availability, driver availability and decisions made by Castle Combe Circuit, the event organiser or relevant officials.

Safety and circuit operations take priority over the running of the passenger ride.

If the advertised ride cannot take place for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative where reasonably practicable, but cannot guarantee that an alternative ride can be provided on the same day.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

10. Conduct

The winner must behave appropriately and comply with circuit and event rules at all times.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if the winner behaves in a dangerous, abusive or inappropriate manner, refuses to comply with safety instructions, or is refused participation by Castle Combe Circuit or event officials.

The consumption of alcohol or other substances that could impair the winner's ability to participate safely may result in the passenger ride being refused.

11. Personal Information

Personal information supplied by entrants will only be used where necessary to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange the prize, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Information necessary to arrange the passenger ride may be shared with Castle Combe Circuit or relevant event personnel where required for administration or safety purposes.

12. General

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the prize draw are final, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the promotion or prize from operating as intended, the Promoter may take reasonable steps necessary to administer the promotion fairly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
